Build a simple weekly routine

Keep the system useful with a short review of what matters next.

You ask Claude to help you reset after a busy, scattered week.

Review what moved forward

Once a week, ask Claude to read your tasks and recent changes. Look at what you finished, what is late, what needs a reply, and what is stuck. Compare that list with your main goal.

Being busy is not always the same as making progress. A task may keep slipping because it is too large or needs a choice first. Ask Claude to suggest a smaller step.

Some tasks no longer matter. Others need a new plan or a new date. You decide what to keep, change, or cancel. Claude should not make those choices for you without asking.

Do this now

Ask Claude for a review of completed, late, waiting, and blocked tasks. Compare them with your main goal. Choose one task to keep, change, cancel, or break into a smaller step.

Keep the routine small

Start with three habits. Ask for a short morning briefing. Save tasks after key chats or meetings. Review your list once a week. You can build from there.

Start these chats yourself. Do not assume the ScoutTracker connector checks your work in the background. Some Claude features may support scheduled work, but those need their own setup and a real test. They are not the same as connecting ScoutTracker.

End your weekly review with a few priorities and clear notes. Update your work guide if your goals change. The aim is not to let AI run your life. It is to spend less time trying to remember everything and more time doing work that matters.

Do this now

Put a weekly review on your calendar. Ask Claude to help choose next week’s priorities, approve any task changes, and update your work guide if your goal has changed.

Ask Claude

Help me review my week. Read ScoutTracker and recent task changes. Tell me what finished, what is late, what needs a reply, and what is blocked. My main goal is [goal]. Suggest what to keep, change, cancel, or break into smaller steps. Ask before saving changes. Help me choose next week’s priorities.
